Course content
Our instructor will:
Introduce employees to the ISO project, carefully explaining its purpose and operational benefits.
Introduce the concept of quality and the quality policy, process and risk-based approaches, and the objectives of a quality management system.
Show employees how a quality management system adds value to the company and its daily operations and discuss what is necessary to achieve ISO 9001 compliance.
Introduce (and distinguish between) internal and external audits and explain how staff should best prepare for the certification audit.
